Shipping policy

We aim to get your kit to you quickly and reliably.

- Processing Time – Orders placed before 12:00 noon GMT are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- UK Shipping – 48-hour tracked service.
- European Shipping – 3-5 day tracked service (delivery times may vary).
- International Shipping – Delivery typically 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Tracking – All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
- Delays – Weather, customs, and carrier issues may cause delays.
- Shipping Carriers – We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other trusted carriers.
- Undeliverable Addresses – Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or refused delivery, will be refunded minus any customs duties or return fees charged upon re-entry into the UK.
- Liability – Once shipped, liability passes to the carrier. We will support you in raising claims for lost or damaged parcels.
- Delivery Confirmation – Once tracking shows delivery to the address provided, Amo La Ruta is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage thereafter.
- Split Shipments – Orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
