Warranty & Quality Guarantee

We offer a 24-month warranty worldwide, in line with EU law.

- Coverage – Manufacturing defects including stitching, zips, and materials.
- Stitching Repairs & Environment – If minor stitching issues arise, we will assess whether a repair is prudent to reduce environmental impact. If not, replacement procedures apply.
- Replacement Process – If a replacement is unavailable, customers may:
  1. Wait for stock to return, or
  2. Receive a credited refund.
- Requirements – Valid order number, receipt, and photos must be provided. All defective items must be returned to Amo La Ruta at our expense.
- Inspections – Claims are subject to inspection. Items not meeting warranty criteria may fall under the Crash Replacement Policy or be revoked and returned to the customer.
- Exclusions – Crash damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear.
