Crash Replacement Policy

We know crashes happen. This programme helps riders get back on the road.

- Membership Requirement – Available to customers who were members at the time of purchasing the item, even if their membership has since lapsed.
- Eligibility – If your kit is damaged in a crash within 24 months of purchase, you may qualify for a one-time discount.
- Discount – Applies to a like-for-like, size-for-size replacement item. One discount per item.
- Requirements – Provide proof of purchase, photos of the crash damage, and a brief description of the incident.
- Assessment – Amo La Ruta may decline claims for damage inconsistent with a crash or due to misuse.
- Return of Damaged Item – Must be returned to us at our expense before a replacement is issued.
- Limitations – One discount per item; cannot be combined with promotions; subject to stock availability.
- Environmental Consideration – Repair assessed first where practical; if not practical, replacement options will be offered.
