Membership Policy

Membership unlocks premium quality at the best possible price.

- Billing – Memberships are billed annually on your first order and renew automatically. Customers have 14 days to cancel a renewed membership if no items have been purchased during this time.
- Cancellation – You may cancel anytime via your account. Your membership continues until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds – Membership fees are refundable only if all items purchased under membership are returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging included.
  - If any items cannot be returned under our Returns Policy, the membership fee will not be refunded and will remain active to the next billing cycle.
- Benefits – Member pricing, exclusive access, and other perks as advertised. Amo La Ruta reserves the right to adjust benefits with prior notice.
- Misuse – Membership is personal and cannot be shared or used for resale. Clear misuse may result in immediate termination with all benefits ceasing.
